The St. Louis Centre, located at 445 Tissot Street in Winnipeg, has been a cornerstone of community life since 1966. As a non‑profit community hall, it has supported generations of local residents and organizations—from the Girl Guides of Canada and Liberty Local Métis to youth Cadet programs, cultural groups, and neighbourhood initiatives. Over the decades, the Centre has hosted everything from large‑scale charity bingos to seasonal markets, ceremonies, and sports events, always putting community first.

Today, the Centre is entering an exciting new chapter. Alongside its ongoing community programming, it is opening its doors to the poker community, using this momentum to continue revitalizing the building and expanding what it can offer to the neighbourhood.

With more than 60 years of service, the St. Louis Centre remains committed to strengthening community connections while growing into a refreshed, multi‑purpose venue for the next generation.
